Making Time for What Matters Most
8-Lesson Class with Joseph Peck, M.D.
If you’re like most people, you have an abusive relationship with time and don’t even know it.
Time is your greatest resource — and yet it’s easy to believe that time is outside your control.

Do you ever feel like…
  • You’re too busy to do the things you enjoy?
  • Your life is passing you by and you don't know how to fix it?
If so, you’re probably being held captive to time.
  • How would you like to be so in step with the Father that you hear His voice, sense His Presence, and feel His love 24/7?
  • What if you could eliminate striving and simply flow in full assurance of the Father’s adoration and approval?
  • What if you were so infused with God’s love that you “leaked”?
You may feel like there is no way out — but there is an ancient path that leads to LIFE and life abundant.

As the Time Doctor, I want to break you free from your time prison by equipping you to use your time with sharp wisdom so you can lead an extraordinary life for God’s glory.

Over the years, I’ve established an arsenal of practical tools and powerful spiritual lessons to help you focus your time, create healthy habits, conquer fear, and do the things that matter most.

This class was designed to revolutionize the way you think about time and empower you to start living your God-given dream NOW with wisdom, purpose, and peace.

Lesson 4: Developing Your One Year Growth Calendar
Most people don’t plan to fail — but they do fail to plan. It’s easy to overestimate what you can accomplish in a month, and yet underestimate what you can accomplish in a year. Having a good plan is a major key to leveraging your time and accomplishing much more than you imagined. Lesson 5: Setting SMARTT Goals
Do you know how to make the most of today, or does each day pass without aim or purpose? Most people are aware of goals at some level, but they don’t realize the power of goals — as well as the obstacles that can block them from manifesting into reality. Setting clear goals provides you with a strategic framework to make decisions about what to do and not do.

With that in mind, a goal is not a goal unless it is SMARTT — Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-framed, and Trackable. In this lesson, you’ll discover exactly how to set SMARTT goals so you can experience faster and greater results. As you set and achieve goals, you’ll begin to live on purpose within the Lord’s plan for you!

This habit will absolutely transform your life when you understand and embrace it. In this lesson, you’ll discover the many benefits of journaling, best methods for journaling, four keys to hearing God’s voice, how to utilize journaling to receive “marching orders” from God each morning, plus other practical tips. Lesson 7: Conquer Fear
Did you know that fear is the dominant problem in your life today? It’s time to stop defeating yourself and end self-sabotage for good. By blending the two disciplines of psychology and spirituality — the head and heart aspects of motivation — you will master the strongest method for conquering your fear. This lesson uncovers 7 truths that will equip you to overcome your fear of failure AND success so you can finally start living your dreams.
Lesson 8: Living on Purpose
It is not only possible to create an extraordinary life — it’s what God intended. You don’t have to dread getting out of bed every morning, feel uninspired at work, and lead an unfulfilled life. If the ladder of your life is leaning against the wrong wall, you can never reach your intended destination; the key to turning this around is knowing your purpose and living it daily. God has a plan for your life, and it begins with your purpose.  This lesson will help you craft a powerful Two-Word Purpose Statement and empower you to live out your God-given dream with purpose, priority, productivity, and peace — so you can put away busyness forever and make time for what matters most!
